How to straighten hair using a straightener

Getting pin straight hair doesn't just start and end with a flat iron, with these tips and tricks you will be getting luxuriously smooth and straight hair with the minimal possible damage.
What you'll need: 
Straightener
Heat protectant
Clips
Hairband
Mirror
Hairspray
Grapeseed oil
1: 
Section your hair into four sections, securing them all either with a clip or a hairband.
2: 
Spray that section of your hair with heat protectant.
3: 
Sit in front of the mirror so you can see what you are doing.
4: 
Take a small part of the section of hair and straighten it in a regular motion from root to tip.
5: 
Take another part and continue till you have done your entire head.
6: 
Put a few drops of grapeseed oil in the palm of your hands and warm it up. Run this through your hair, as this will add sheen and also protect it.
7: 
Spray hairspray over your entire hair to hold than pin straight look.
