How To reduce puffiness around the eyes using tea bags

Your rating: None
Waking up with puffy eyelids is not a good start to the day. Here is a simple remedy, which might help reduce the puffiness.
What you'll need:
2 tea-bags
hot water
First place the two tea-bags in hot water, for about 15 minutes, until cool to touch.
Sit comfortably, and place each tea-bag on each eye, and cover with a soft cloth, for 5-8 minutes.
Afterwards rinse the eye area gently with cool water, and pat dry.

During the summer months, put the tea-soaked tea-bags in the fridge, for a more soothing effect.
Make sure the tea-bags are not too hot, when placing on the eyes, as the skin around the eye area is delicate.
