How to print screen on a computer
The method here will depend on what operating system you are using on your computer (i.e Windows or Mac). This guide will talk you through both systems.
What you'll need:
A computer
1:
WINDOWS & MAC: Make sure that the display on the screen is what you want to print.
2:
WINDOWS: Locate the print screen key on your keyboard. Pressing this button captures an image of the screen and saves it to the clipboard.
3:
WINDOWS: Open up graphic or word editing software.
4:
WINDOWS: Select Edit + Paste from the toolbar or press Ctrl+V to paste the image from the clipboard into the document.
5:
WINDOWS: Print the document.
6:
MAC: There is no print screen button on the keyboard of Mac computers, therefore you have to press Apple key ⌘ + Shift + 3 together (Apple key ⌘ + Shift + 4 allows you to capture portions on the screen).
7:
MAC: Unlike in Windows the partial or full screen capture is saved directly to your desktop, therefore to print it simply open the file and click print.
