How to prepare a pork stir fry meal

This is a delicious, yet quick and nutritious meal to fix for those no have no time to spare for a formal expensive meal.
What you'll need: 
1 tbsp groundnut oil
1/2 tsp chilli powder, or to taste
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 red cabbage, shredded
8 small baby leeks, halved
1 orange pepper, sliced thinly
1 carrot, sliced thinly
1 courgette, sliced thinly
350g/ 12 oz pork tenderloin, cubed
Cooked fettucine or vemicelli to serve
1: 
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat and add the chilli powder, garlic and red cabbage. Meanwhile, start cooking the pasta - shop bought pasta tends to take around 10 minutes to cook in boiling water.
2: 
Stir fry for 2-3 minutes
3: 
Stir in the rest of the vegetables and cook for a further 2 minutes.
4: 
Add the meat, increase the heat and stir fry for about 5 minutes, or until the pork is well cooked.
5: 
Stir in the cooked pasta and serve hot.
Conclusion: 
This delicious recipe will satisfy your hunger and taste buds without the unnecessary trauma of weight gain. Beautiful meal, yet cost effective.
