How to peel tomatoes

As random as this sounds, you will find that peeling tomatoes is actually a hard job. Whether you want to peel them for a nice pasta sauce, or a Spanish gazpacho, this homey way will make your life that little bit easier.
What you'll need: 
Saucepan
Knife
1: 
First bring some water to the boil in a saucepan
2: 
Then drop the tomatoes into the saucepan for 15 seconds. Make sure it is no longer that 15 seconds otherwise your tomatoes will end up cooked! It’s easier to do it one tomato at a time otherwise you could either burn yourself or leave the other ones in longer.
3: 
After you take the tomatoes out, lightly cut into the skin at the top of the tomato and carve a cross with a sharp knife. This will allow you to easily peal the skin back.
4: 
Enjoy peeling the skin! The skin should come away quite easily with your hands or the knife. This whole process will take less than a minute and will make it easier and cleaner for you.
