How to make a yoghurt face mask

Your rating: None
A yoghurt face mask is a simple way to exfoliate and soften the skin revealing softer, brighter skin.
What you'll need:
2 tablespoons yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon vitamin e oil
Tea tree oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
A container
In a container mix the olive oil, vitamin e, lemon juice and a couple of drops of tea tree oil.
To the mixture add the yoghurt, this should be full fat and contain live biocultures.
Apply the mask to cleansed skin avoiding the delicate eye area. You can also massage it into the skin in circular motions to boost circulation. Leave for up to an hour.
Wash off with warm water to loosen the mask or with a warm washcloth.
