How To Make Vegan Blueberry Muffins
These vegan blueberry muffins can be made very quickly and easily. They taste gorgeous and you can use any frozen blueberries you have stored away.
What you'll need:
150 grams plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
90 grams sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda
190 ml rice milk
50 ml sunflower oil
140 grams blueberries

Cup cake tin with paper muffins

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
