How To Make Vegan Blueberry Muffins

These vegan blueberry muffins can be made very quickly and easily. They taste gorgeous and you can use any frozen blueberries you have stored away.
What you'll need: 
150 grams plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
90 grams sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda
190 ml rice milk
50 ml sunflower oil
140 grams blueberries
Bowl
Cup cake tin with paper muffins
Cooling rack
1: 
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2: 
Place flour, baking soda, salt and sugar into the bowl. Add the rice milk and sunflower oil a bit at a time, mix the ingredients well.
3: 
Pour the blueberries into the mixture and mix together.
4: 
Scoop mixture into the paper muffins and bake for 30 minutes.
5: 
Cool the muffins on the wire rack.
Conclusion: 
You can use gluten free flour if you want to make gluten free muffins and make sure the baking powder has no gluten included.
Tips: 
You can use other fruits for the muffins or vegan chocolate drops instead.
You can use vegan butter or any other oil you want.
You can use cup cakes instead.
