How to make a simple tiramisu

Your rating: None
The Italian Classic tiramisu can seem daunting to make, however the below is an easy recipe that is quick and tastes divine!
What you'll need:
20 Sponge Biscuits
100ml double cream
250g mascarphone
1 tin of condensed milk
Glass container
2 Mixing bowls
2 cups of coffee
Cocoa powder
In a bowl mix the mascarpone, double cream and condensed milk with a whisk for 1 minutes. This will make sure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and will make the texture light.
In another bowl pour a bit of the coffee. Dip the sponge biscuits in for a couple of seconds and then lay in a row in the glass container.
Pour the wet ingredients over the sponge biscuits coating them.
Sieve some cocoa powder over the mixture, as much or as little as you wish.
Repeat steps 2,3,4 until you have a layer of the wet ingredients on top.
Place in the fridge for a couple of hours until the mixture sets.
This mixture will take less than 30 minutes to create, with a couple of hours waiting time you will have the most delicious desert on the menu!
