How to make "simple" roast potatoes

Roast potatoes is a great side dish to a variety of dishes or can be indulged in as a snack. This recipe will teach you how to make the perfect roast potatoes.
What you'll need: 
Oven
Potatoes
Garlic
Thyme
Sea salt
Knife
Baking tray
Olive oil
1: 
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.
2: 
Cut up the potatoes in quarters using a sharp knife, this will make cutting easier.
3: 
Place the potatoes in the baking tray.
4: 
Add chopped garlics and thyme.
5: 
Sprinkle the potatoes with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil.
6: 
Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
7: 
Turn the potatoes to the other side and cook for a further 30 minutes.
Conclusion: 
This recipe is extremely easy and does not require you to boil the potatoes beforehand so saving yourself another task!
