How to make a simple mustard vinegar dressing

Mustard and vinegar make a brilliant, simple, tasty salad dressing!
What you'll need: 
4 fluid ounces of good quality virgin olive oil
1 fluid ounce of white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
ground black pepper and sea salt
1: 
In a bowl mix the oil and vinegar together thoroughly.
2: 
Add the mustard and keep mixing until is is broken down and is runny.
3: 
Add ground black pepper and sea salt to taste. Continue mixing until is all combined well.
4: 
Pour into a glass, sealed container that is suitable for holding dressings.
Tips: 
This dressing is nice kept at room temperature rather than in the fridge.
It will keep in sealed dressing jar for some time.
Perfect with salads and avocados.
