Your rating: None
If you have children they will enjoy, making this simple cone hat with you. It will keep them busy, and you can use them for birthday parties. Also, you can make these hats for festive parties, like Halloween, Christmas or New Year’s Eve parties.
What you'll need:
Take the card or sheet and roll it into a cone. Seal the end part, firmly together with glue or tape.
Glue or sticky tape
Take the card or sheet and roll it into a cone. Seal the end part, firmly together with glue or tape.
If the bottom of the hat is not neat, trim it off with the scissors.
Make a hole at either side of the hat, near the brim of the hat.
Put the ends of the elastic through the holes, and tie into a knot. This will help to keep, the hat in place when wearing.
You can now decorate the hat, the way you want, and wear with pride.
If you want your cone hat smaller, use a smaller piece of paper or card, and follow as above. Don’t limit your imagination, when decorating the cone hat. You’ll be surprised at what you can come up with, if you use your imagination.
Make sure the glue has dried on the edge, before you decorate.
Use safety scissors if children are making them. They can easily hurt themselves with sharp scissors.
