How to make a sea salt and grapefruit body scrub

Your rating: None
The key to soft, smooth skin is regular exfoliation. It helps to get rid of dead skin cells, so your complexion will appear more radiant. It is also a perfect way to prepare for self tanning, as it will ensure a more even colour. Your skin will be primed to absorb all the nourishing ingredients in your moisturiser.
What you'll need:
A large grapefruit
Sea salt
A plastic rubber bowl
Place 3 tablespoons of fine sea salt into the rubber bowl.
Add 6 drops of grapefruit juice and stir in.
Get into the shower, but do not turn on the water yet.
Take a handful of the mixture and rub it briskly all over your body, paying special attention to your thighs and stomach.
Rinse off the skin well with warm water.
This method works well if you get in the shower and allow warm water to run over the skin before working up the body scrub to a lather. Change the temperature to much cooler, letting the jets pummel your body. Change back to warm and apply more of the body scrub and work into the skin. Not only are these natural ingredients much more effective than some purpose-made products but will open your eyes to how easy and cheap it is to take care of your looks.
