How to make a ripe Spanish tomato salad

A delicious salad made with good quality ingredients. Eaten on grilled bread it makes a tasty lunch or supper snack.
What you'll need: 
4 ripe but firm tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
A handful of freh basil leaves
2 tablespoons of extra virgin Olive OIl
A splash of white wine vinegar and/or Balsamic vinegar
Ground Salt and Pepper
1: 
Cut each tomato into 8 pieces and remove the seeds.
2: 
Crush the garlic and tear the basil leaves.
3: 
Mix the tomatoes, garlic, basil leaves, olive oil together.
4: 
Add the white wine or balsamic vinegar and add ground salt and pepper to taste.
5: 
Ensure thoroughly mixed together and enjoy!
Tips: 
It stores well in a plastic, lidded, container in the fridge for a couple of days if you don't eat it all straight away.
Balsamic vinegar gives the salad that extra zing!
