How To make a Raspberry and Orange Smoothie

This smoothie takes a few minutes to prepare, but the benefits last far longer. Perfect for breakfast or any other time of the day as a pick-me-up. The sharp-sweet raspberries and zesty oranges taste wonderful combined with the creaminess of the yogurt.
What you'll need: 
9oz fresh raspberries, chilled
200ml natural (plain) yogurt
300ml freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
1: 
Place the raspberries and yogurt in a food processor or blender and process for about 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
2: 
Add the orange juice to the raspberry and yogurt mixture and process for another 30 seconds, until thoroughly combined.
3: 
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Conclusion: 
A very refreshing smoothie any time of the day.
Tips: 
If you like your smoothie really tangy, you could add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to taste.
