How to make the perfect Jacket Potato

Your rating: None
When I was a poor student, I was very stupid. I literally had no idea how to cook a jacket potato to a great standard. Either it was nuked into submission in the microwave or charred to death in the oven. This guide gives you the answer.
What you'll need:
Olive Oil
Baking Tray
Clean and then prick or score the potato in a few places.
Place it into your microwave oven on high for 7-10 minutes, depending on how powerful your microwave is. For two potatoes, 12-15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to gas mark 5, or 190 degress celsius.
Put foil on the baking tray, leaving a bit of excess around the edge.
Put the microwaved potatoes on the middle of the tray, drizzle with a little oil, making sure to pick up the excess edges of the foil and rolling them up to avoid the oil escaping.
Place the tray in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
This will give a great potato with soft flesh and crispy skin.
