How to make the perfect batter

This recipe will make the perfect batter for your deep fried food such as fish or even mars bars!
What you'll need: 
Mixing bowl
Self raising flour
Sparkling mineral water
Pinch of Salt
Malt vinegar or a splash of lemon juice
Mixer
1: 
Add the flour to the mixing bowl
2: 
Slowly add the sparkling mineral water and beat the mixture until you have a smooth texture, similar to double cream.
3: 
Add the splash of malt vinegar or lemon juice
4: 
Add a pinch of salt and mix again.
5: 
Dip the deep fried food into the batter and fry in hot fat.
Conclusion: 
This recipe will produce crispy batter every time so give it a go!
Tips: 
Always use Sparkling mineral water
Warnings: 
Make sure there is no lumps in the mixture
