How to make pea soup

Pea soup is a colourful, tasty soup that can be served as a light starter. It is easy to make and doesn't require much time at all leaving you and your guests happy.
What you'll need: 
500 grams of peas
3 tablespoons of single cream
1 chopped onion
Pepper/Salt
Parsley
Saucepan
1 tablespoon olive oil
Hob
2 cups water
Blender
1: 
Turn on the hob to full heat and place on top the saucepan.
2: 
Pour in the olive oil and wait for it to heat up.
3: 
Add the onions and fry until they become golden brown.
4: 
Add the peas to the saucepan.
5: 
Pour 2 cups of warm water into the pan.
6: 
Allow to cook for 5 minutes.
7: 
Pour the mixture into the blender and blend until smooth.
8: 
Pour the soup back into the saucepan and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
9: 
Add the salt, pepper and cream.
10: 
Pour into a bowl and for garnish use parsley leaves.
