How to make an oatmeal smoothie

An oatmeal smoothie is great for those you want to get the benefits of oats and fruits but do not have the time to sit down for a warm porridge. This easy, 'on the go" smoothie is simple to make and can be stored overnight.
What you'll need: 
70 grams fine oatmeal
237ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar
In the blender add the milk and sugar.
Add the wheatgerm, oatmeal and a handful of blueberries.
Blend for 3 minutes.
That's it - short, simple and delicious. Enjoy!
