How to make mash potatoes using a microwave

Mashed potatoes is an easy dish to create requiring only a small amount of ingredients and complements a variety of dishes.
What you'll need: 
4 potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
Salt/Pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
60ml milk
Microwave
Fork
Blender
Knife
1: 
Punch holes in the potatoes and place in the microwave.
2: 
Cook the jacket potatoes on full power for 15 minutes (750-800W), or 20 minutes (600-700W).
3: 
Peel the skin from the potatoes.
4: 
Chop the potatoes and place in blender.
5: 
Add the salt, pepper, lemon, butter and milk to the blender.
6: 
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
