Simple but fantastic!
What you'll need:
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar syrup
50ml Gin
Soda Water
Cocktail Shaker
Tall glass
Lemon wedge
Add the lemon juice, sugar syrup, ice and gin to the cocktail shaker.
Shake the shaker until condensation begins to form on the outside of the tin.
Fill the tall glass with ice.
Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
To make a Silver Fizz add half an egg white, it will give a velvety texture.
You can make fruit fizzes by substitutuing 12.5ml of gin with a fruit liqueur and adding some fresh fruit.
