How to make a Gin Daisy cocktail

Your rating: None Average: 5 (1 vote)
A Daisy is a genre of cocktails which consist of citrus and pomegranate. Surprisingly a Gin Daisy contains Gin!
What you'll need:
10ml Lemon Juice
50ml Gin
5ml Grenadine
Short/Old Fashioned glass
Lemon wedge
To crush the ice take a plastic food bag. Add the ice and use a rolling pin to smash the ice cubes up (not too much, you don't want snow!).
Add the lemon juice, gin and grenadine to the glass then add the crushed ice.
Stir with a spoon for 20 seconds to churn up the mixture.
Garnish with the lemon wedge.
