How to Make a Calming Bath Soak

There’s nothing better than a hot, relaxing bath at the end of a tiring day. Adding essential oils to the bath not only nourishes the skin but soothes the senses as well. Here is a blend of oils that will do just that.
What you'll need: 
5 drops lavender oil
2 drops bergamot oil
1 drop rosemary oil
1 drop clary sage oil
1 drop geranium oil
1: 
Draw a bath of comfortably hot water.
2: 
Add the essential oils in the order listed.
3: 
“Stir” the water with your hand to mix.
4: 
Light a candle, grab a book, or play some peaceful music and just sit back and relax.
Tips: 
If you do not have all of the oils on hand, you can supplement the blend by adding a couple extra drops of lavender.
