How to make a Breakfast Martini cocktail

The breakfast martini was created by the bartending legend that is Salvatore Calabrese. Sure to get you going on a morning!
What you'll need: 
1tsp Orange Marmalade
37.5ml Gin
12.5ml Cointreau
10ml Lemon Juice
Orange zest
Ice
Martini Glass
1: 
Add ice and water to the Martini glass to chill it (alternatively keep them in the freezer!).
2: 
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker (except the orange zest).
3: 
Shake the shaker hard until you feel condensation on the outside.
4: 
Empty the ice and water out of the martini glass.
5: 
Strain the contents of the shaker into the martini glass.
6: 
You now need an orange zest garnish. See my post (link below) on: How to make a perfect zesty garnish for cocktails.
Tips: 
Use a quality marmalade (not tesco value!)
