Your rating: None
Blueberry muffins are simple to make and children love them. They are great for any parties you may be planning. These muffins taste better than the ones sold at the shops.
What you'll need:
100 grams blueberries
100 grams butter
100 ml milk
1 egg (beaten)
150 grams flour
100 grams sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
Muffin cups in cake tin
Preheat oven to 200C. Put the butter and sugar into a bowl and cream together. Mix in the egg, add the milk and mix in all ingredients together.
Add the flour and baking powder, mix well into a thick mixture. Stir in the blueberries into the mixture. Transfer the mixture up to 2/3 full into the muffin cups.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
These blueberry muffins can be made at short notice. You can use your frozen blueberries for this recipe.
You can add vanilla extract if you want.
You can add more eggs if you want.
You can use ordinary cup cakes to bake the muffins.
You can sprinkle the muffins tops with cinnamon, or anything else you want before baking.
