How to make a Bloody Mary

Your rating: None Average: 5 (2 votes)
Hangover creator or hangover cure, a Bloody Mary is the perfect drink for both occasions! There are, of course, various concoctions and recipes, but I find that this one is a bit of a winner.
What you'll need:
Tomato Juice
Celery
Generous splash of vodka (around 2 units)
Tobasco Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Tall glass
Lime
1:
Pour the vodka into your glass and add in a few splashes of Worcestershire Sauce
2:
Fill the glass about 3/4 of the way with tomato sauce
3:
Shake in at least 5 drops of Tobasco sauce - more if you're feeling slightly brave!
4:
Take a quarter of lime and squeeze it around the rim of the glass. Sprinkle salt on the rim.
5:
Add a twist of ground pepper to the drink and take your stick of celery, stir vigorously and serve!
Tips:
Use rock salt around the rim
I like at least 10 hits of the Tabasco Sauce - but it can make it extremely firey!
Warnings:
Drink responsibly. Yes, even this devilish drink!
Avoid the pre-mixed "bloody mary" tomato juice mixes - finding the right balance with the above ingrediants will make this a very special drink!
