How to make a Black or White Russian cocktail

Your rating: None Average: 5 (1 vote)
A simple, mix of coffee liqueur with vodka. Black Russians can be served like this, or are sometimes topped up with coke. A White Russian is the spirits topped with single cream.
What you'll need:
25ml Vodka
25ml Coffee liqueur
Coke/single cream
Nutmeg (white russian only)
Cocktail Shaker
Strainer (if your shaker doesn't have one built in)
Old fashioned/short glass
Add the vodka and coffee liqueur to the cocktail shaker. If you want to make a white russian, add the cream too.
Add ice and shake the contents.
Add ice to the glass.
Strain the contents of the shaker over the ice
If you want a black russian either leave as is, or top with coke.
For a white russian grate a bit of nutmeg over the top.
Vanilla vodka goes surpirsingly well in a white russian.
