How to make a banana smoothie

For those who love banana, this banana smoothie is a must to indulge in with a little extra twist.
What you'll need: 
3 chopped bananas
480 ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 chopped apple
Ice cubes
Add the milk and sugar to the blender.
Add the chopped bananas and apple, making sure that the apples are peeled for a smooth consistency.
Blend for 3 minutes.
Add the ice and blend for 30 seconds.
The perfect "pick me up" smoothie without too many calories!
