How To Make Alcohol Free Mulled Punch

Your rating: None Average: 3 (1 vote)
This alcohol free mulled punch is a great alternative, to the traditional mulled wine. If you are serving it at a party, the drivers amongst your guests will thank you for it. Also, you can offer it to children without worrying about any alcohol content. It’s also great for people, who just don’t like any alcohol drink at all. It tastes great and no one will need to miss out on the celebrations.
What you'll need:
A carton of apple juice
A carton of cranberry juice or 1 cup of dried cranberries
1 orange
Half an inch or 1 tsp of ginger peeled and chopped
2 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A few grates of nutmeg (optional)
4 tablespoons of honey
Large saucepan
Wash the orange and cut into slices leaving the peel on.
Put the sliced orange into the saucepan; pour in the apple juice and cranberry juice. Put it on a low heat and gently warm.
Add the cinnamon, cloves, ginger, vanilla extract, nutmeg and honey into juice.
Stir the ingredients and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool a little.
Serve warm in mugs or glasses.
This is a very simple and easy alcohol free mulled punch to make. You can add, or take away ingredients according to your taste buds.
If you want it sweeter, just had more honey, or use sugar instead.
