How to exfoliate your face without using granules

Your rating: None
Many scrubs and exfoliators rely on rounded granules to physically slough off dead skin cells. However, with skin that is sensitive, it can be difficult to use scrubs as an exfoliator. The below recipe has a smooth texture that will exfoliate your face revealing brighter skin without the use of any granules.
What you'll need:
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
1/2 tablespoon lemon
1/2 a papaya chopped
Mixing utensil
Mix the milk and plain yoghurt together in the container. These ingredients both contain lactic acid which is a natural exfoliator that removes dead skin cells. It will also soften your skin.
In the blender add the chopped papaya and lemon. The chopped papaya contains alpha hydroxy acids which will give you a deep exfoliation. The lemon will brighten and also remove dead skin cells giving your skin clarity. Blend these ingredients until it forms a puree.
Add the puree to the container and mix.
Apply the mixture to freshly cleansed skin avoiding the delicate eye area and leave for 30 minutes. Rinse and pat your face dry.
As you can see this is an extremely simple mask to create and is very gentle to your face, it contains lactic acid and AHA which are the main properties that will give your skin an exfoliation.
