Dry body brushing promotes good circulation, removes toxins from your body and promotes cell renewal. It also is very invigorating, it can be done every day or twice a week in order for you to get the best benefits. Using the right techniques will enable you to reap the benefits.
What you'll need: 
Dry body brush
1: 
Starting from your feet, brush in long upwards towards your heart.
2: 
Keep brushing upwards from your knees towards your stomach, make sure you get the backs of your legs including the buttocks.
3: 
A body brush with a long handle makes it easier to brush your back, in the same motion use upward strokes towards your shoulders bringing it down to your chest.
4: 
Start now from your hands towards your heart again making sure to get the backs of your arms.
5: 
Dry body brush your breasts in a clockwise motion, also brush your stomach in this manner.
Conclusion: 
Go steady and be patient when starting off; following the instructions closely will give you the best results.
