How to create a healthy packed lunch

Taking good care of ourselves starts with the food we eat and having a healthy lunch is important, it should be healthy but also fulfilling and tasty. This is just one idea which could help you pack a healthier lunch.
What you'll need: 
1 chopped avocado
Wholegrain bread wrap
Salad leaves
Reusable bottle
Sparkling water
Juice of 2 limes
Spread homous over the wholegrain bread wrap. Add the avocado and salad leaves to the wrap. Add more homous to the wrap and roll. Wrap in foil so you can easily transport it.
In the reusable bottle pour in sparkling water and the juice of two limes. The sparkling water will act as if you are having a fizzy drink and the lime will be your flavouring.
Choose a fruit of your choice that you like this could be blueberries, apples or passion fruit.
Pack all your items in a container.
You can easily make a healthy delicious lunch easily and it does not have to take much time at all.
