Your rating: None
A bath soak is a great way to unwind after a long day and relax body and mind. The recipe can be altered to suit your needs such as adding or removing ingredients.
What you'll need:
2 cups epsom salt
2 tablespoons Epaderm
Hot water
Sealable container
Essential oil
1:
In the sealable container pour in hot water and two tablespoons of epaderm emollient.
2:
Shake the mixture until all the epaderm has dissolved.
3:
Add in 15 drops of your favourite essential oil such as tea tree oil or lavender.
4:
Add the epsom salts into the mixture, this should melt in the mixture.
5:
Add the entire mixture to your bath and relax for as long as you want.
