How to boil an egg

Timing is crucial when boiling an egg, you do not want a raw egg though neither do you want one that is overcooked. This how to guide will teach you how to make the perfect egg.
What you'll need: 
Water
Kettle
Sauce pan
Egg
Hob
Cold water
Bowl
Fork
1: 
Fill your kettle up with water and boil.
2: 
Pour the boiling water into the saucepan.
3: 
Turn on the hob on high heat.
4: 
Place the eggs in the saucepan, they should be submerged in the water.
5: 
If you want runny egg yolk boil for 4 minutes. If you want your egg yolk soft boil for 6 minutes. If you want your eggs to be well cooked boil for 9 minutes.
6: 
In a bowl pour cold water.
7: 
Submerge the eggs in cold water for a minute, this will make them easier to peel.
8: 
Remove the eggs, crack open the shell with a fork and peel.
